Shipping and Delivery

1. Delivery Timeframes

Major Areas: Deliveries to major metropolitan areas will be completed within 2-4 business days.

Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or rural areas will be completed within 5-7 business days.


2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount. Please refer to our website for the most current promotions.


4. Delivery Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 1 – 2 business days.


5. Shipping Providers

We use a variety of shipping providers to ensure your order is delivered in the most efficient manner possible. The specific provider may vary based on your location and the items in your order.


International Shipping

1. Availability

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. If international shipping is available, please be aware of potential customs fees and longer delivery times.


Shipping Restrictions

1. Restricted Areas

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted areas. Please provide a physical address for delivery.


2. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.


Damaged or Lost Packages

1. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at jhb@crownnational.co.za/+27 (0)11 201 9000 with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work with you to resolve the issue.


2. Lost Packages

If you have not received your package within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at jhb@crownnational.co.za/+27 (0)11 201 9000 so we can investigate the issue.
