Returns
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Due to health and safety concerns, certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food products such as spices, sauces) and health and personal care items.
Non-food items, such as biltong hooks and other accessories, can be returned if they meet the return eligibility criteria.
2. Return Window
You have 5 days from the date you received the item to initiate a return.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at jhb@crownnational.co.za/+27 (0)11 201 9000 with your order number and reason for return.
Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
4. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
1. Processing Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
2. Refund Approval
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
The credit will be applied within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Exchanges
1. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
